Inżynier Budowy/ Koordynator Projektu
The candidate will be in charge of managing the operations of the company in Poland for the behalf of our company operating in Luxembourg and France.
The tasks will consist in:
Managing the relations with our suppliers located in Poland
Manage the recruitment of construction/renovation workers
Supply of Polish products to France and Luxembourg
Administration of the Polish entity
Sourcing products and materials
Travels to France and Luxembourg required. But most of the work is to be operated in Poland without a specific location.
Requirements
The candidate must have:
A University degree related to construction or architecture (Bachelor, Master or Engineer)
Good negociation skills
Minimum 4 years experience in managing construction and/or renovation works (small to medium sized projects)
High level in English (compulsory) and French (optional)
Capacity to work alone and being proactive
