For our foreign Client from Qatar the Public Works Authority responsible for the roads, highways, bridges and water drainage network we are looking for:
Senior Drainage Engineer
Reference number : SDE/Qat/4.15
Place of work: Qatar
Job description:
Technical reviews of surface water and ground water drainage proposals in the Client?s infrastructure investment programs, including drainage tunnels, attenuation facilities, major pumping stations and marine outfalls.
Requirements:
-Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
-At least 15 years of experience in design and construction of major drainage systems
-Substantial experience in at least two of the following specific areas:
– Tunneling projects using pipe-jacking and/or tunnel boring machines
– Large pumping stations
– Drainage Master Planning
– Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems
– Computer modeling of drainage networks
-Should be a Chartered Engineer (or equivalent)
Fluent English ( oral and written)
-Middle East experience is an advantage
-Availability for longer stay in Qatar
