Job description:
As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management of number of assembly flow lines and manufacturing cells, through a network of Team leaders. This role requires a dynamic leader with proven knowledge, skills, experience and education, in controlling and developing a high quality, efficient, lean production (mechanical /electrical background) single piece flow line and supply cell facility. An ideal candidate is an energetic person with high communication skills and very good command of English.
Experience:
– Production Manager with strong people management skills
– in supervising a network of Team Leaders
– mechanical /electrical background
– advanced level of English
Offer:
Earning potential of approx. ?37 – 45k plus /annum (profit related bonus paid annually at discretion of directors).
Benefits – 25 days holiday (increases with service), plus bank holidays, health cover scheme, 4% contributory pension, death in service / life insurance.
