Responsibilities:
Joining a team of project managers, engineers, designers and administrators you will be responsible for:
•day to day monitoring the construction site for unsafe conditions and / or behaviors of subcontractors,
•reviewing and preparing the safety and environmental plan, procedure etc. for the site,
•checking that subcontractors respect the provisions of HSE plans and procedures, ensuring that Safe Working Practices are applied,
•advising subcontractors’ foremen and workforce on best working practices following regular meetings,
•participating in the regular inspections, identifying the hazardous situation, proposing mitigation measures,
•participating in the incidents investigation for root cause finding and establishing proper measures for avoiding reoccurrence, also participating in the emergencies (real or exercises).
Profile:
•5 years of experience on the similar position, experience in construction activities is required,
•experience and certification in scaffolding and/or rigging activities are well accepted,
•knowledge of Polish HSE legislation,
•outgoing personality with well developed communication skills,
•strong team approach and an proactive attitude to get job done while working with daily construction challenges,
•well spoken and written English,
•experience with MS Office.

Residence in Gdansk is preferable. The candidates from the other parts of Poland will be paid monthly relocation costs of housing, living and transport according to the company rules.
