We are an International Human Resources Consultancy Company – Solutions HR Specialists, which specializes in recruitment services.

Currently, for our Client,an international company, which provides management services in the construction industry we are looking for mobile candidates for the position of:

Contract Administrator

Job description:
Reports to the Contracts Manager and/or Contracts Director
Manages a contractor or some subcontractors
Monitors project costs
Monitors variations
Manages correspondences
Follows up with sub-contractors – pre-qualifications, approval
Controls claims
Supervises teams of Quantity Surveyors and Cost Analysts

Requirements:
3 years of experience in contracts or legal management
Successful track record in controlling contracts on complex project.
Arab countries experience preferred
Degree in engineering or project management or related discipline is preferred
Computer skills
Possesses full understanding of contracts
Presents a professional image
Shows initiative in resolving problems
Self motivated candidate

Languages:
Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
Good knowledge of French would be a distinctive advantage
