CNC – 3D programmer / miller

In this function, the independent operating candidate, makes the 3D CNC programs for the mold parts by using our
CAD / CAM system. (Brand: 4x Visi-Cam) This program is then used to mill the work piece on one of the six machining centers (Heidenhain control). 3-4 or 5-axis. This is done on different machines depending on the size. It is a combination function which means that usually the machine is running while you program forward. Or you can set the machine while the Cam system making a new NC program.
Together with the colleagues you distribute the milling work, who does what on which machine. You have a lot of freedom in this job but are also responsible for the machined work piece result.
It mainly concerns (hardened) mold components in batch sizes of 1 to 8 pieces. Accuracies to 0.01 mm.
Experience with 3D program and working on a machining centre is necessary. The recently ordered automated cell
Erowa robot and two milling machines (new Hermle C30U 5-axis and three-axis existing DMG 70V Hydin can be a part of the work.
An adjuster will assist (in time) the 3D programmers / millers with the machine as preparations prepare chucking / spindles / control. Furthermore, you are willing to (occasionally) overtime if necessary.
