– No worries, we’ll make it. Though it’s a pity that the manager didn’t agree to have the prefabricated floor slab made of beams and small-sized infill blocks instead of the cast-in-situ reinforced concrete.
– Well, you need to follow his guidelines. Remember also about the requirements he provided for the formwork and reinforcement of particular elements: the floor, ring beams and tie beams, stairs, as well as the reinforcement of the studs and the rim on the knee wall.
– Yes, we know that we should pay particular attention to the appropriate distances between the bars, deflecting the bars at the right angle, obtaining the target concrete cover of the bars, and last but not least, to the correct number of stirrups in the beams and their spacing.
– After concreting the slab, it will be necessary to make the front works available for bricklayers. They have to build knee walls that are 80 cm high.
– OK. Please, provide the anchors for the construction site. We need to set them in the tie beam to fix the wall plate.
– Sure. Also, before concreting, please remember that you must report the reinforcement works for manager’s acceptance.
– Sure thing, we’ve already scheduled it in 10 days time, that is on December 16.

– Hello, I’m calling to say that I was on the construction site yesterday and accepted the reinforcement work. It was made according to the design. You can start concreting.
– OK! We are ready. We ordered B-20 concrete and a concrete pump with a reach of 32 m. We also have a concrete vibrator.
– I guess, no need to remind you about the concrete curing.
– Yes, the concrete will be covered with a plastic or polythene sheeting. We will also hose it with water.
– Almost forgot! There are standardised concrete test cubes. Please take them and keep them outside.

– Dzień dobry. Tak jak się umawialiśmy, przyszedłem, żeby sprawdzić stopień zaawansowania robót i rozliczyć wypłaconą transzę kredytu.
– Czekałem na pana. Na dzień dzisiejszy powinniśmy mieć zrealizowany stan zero łącznie z wylewką betonową i instalacjami podposadzkowymi, a także ściany nośne i działowe parteru.
– Sprawdzimy, ale rzeczywiście wygląda na to, że prace idą zgodnie z planem i można uruchomić drugą ratę kredytu.
– To dobrze. Potrzebujemy finansowania, aby wykonać stan surowy otwarty.

– Na wykonanie robót żelbetowych mamy sześć tygodni.
– Spokojnie, wyrobimy się. Szkoda tylko, że kierownik nie zgodził się na wykonanie stropu prefabrykowanego z belek i drobnowymiarowych pustaków wypełniających zamiast stropu żelbetowego wylewanego na mokro.
– Cóż, zastosujcie się do jego wskazówek. Pamiętajcie też o wymaganiach, które przekazał odnośnie do szalowania i zbrojenia poszczególnych elementów: stropu, belek i wieńców stropowych, schodów, a także zbrojenia trzpieni i wieńca na ścianie kolankowej.
– Tak, wiemy, że mamy zwrócić szczególną uwagę na prawidłowe odległości między prętami, odgięcia prętów pod odpowiednim kątem, uzyskanie projektowanej betonowej otuliny prętów oraz na prawidłową ilość strzemion w belkach i ich rozstaw.
– Po zabetonowaniu stropu trzeba będzie udostępnić front robót dla murarzy. Muszą wymurować ścianki kolankowe o wysokości 80 cm.
– OK. Proszę o dostarczenie na budowę kotew, które musimy obsadzić w wieńcu, do zamocowania murłaty.
– W porządku. Pamiętajcie też, że przed betonowaniem trzeba zgłosić kierownikowi odbiór zbrojenia.
– Oczywiście, umówiliśmy się w tym celu za 10 dni, czyli na 16 grudnia.

– Dzień dobry, dzwonię, żeby powiedzieć, że wczoraj byłem na budowie i odebrałem zbrojenie. Zostało wykonane zgodnie z projektem. Można betonować.
– OK! Jesteśmy gotowi. Zamówiliśmy beton B-20 i pompę do betonu o wysięgu 32 m. Mamy też wibrator do betonu.
– O pielęgnacji betonu chyba nie muszę przypominać.
– Beton przykryjemy plandeką lub folią. Będziemy go też zraszać wodą.
– Zapomniałbym! W magazynku są znormalizowane, kontrolne próbki betonu. Weźcie je proszę i pozostawcie na zewnątrz.
