JOB DESCRIPTION / DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Construction Project Manager – architect or engineer – will operate in the fit out of luxury stores & retail environment, in Poland and Continental Europe. The candidate will report to Division Director and will co-ordinate site manager, technical team and sub – contractors.
Necessity of advanced technical English. Italian and German are an advantage.
Corporate mentality and attention to details is required.
At least 3 years experience is required in the luxury reatil sector as an architect and/or construction manager.
Availability to travel and long stay in site location.
Good attitude to budget control.
High resistance to stress
Very good soft skills in relating with all the project’s stakeholders is a must.
