We opened the Eastern Europe office 3 years ago with 3 colleagues, now we are at 23 and growing come and join us for this exciting journey of success.

Working Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day,(we will consider Part Time candidates) we offer a permanent labour contract with 20-26 days paid holiday per year (dependent upon experience), a newly refurbished office with free car parking/close to public transport routes, kitchen facilities including free refreshments, on site staff restaurant, social events etc.

We also support study where there is business case or need e.g. language courses.

Overview
When you join a multilingual environment of RS you will provide in-depth technical advice on specific ranges of products, for both internal and external customers. By utilizing your knowledge and technical expertise you will help us to continue to enhance the reputation of RS Components in the market place as a centre of technical excellence. In addition you will build and develop customer relationships in order to capitalise on commercial opportunities.

About the role
Role responsibilities:
-Deal with written/faxed technical enquiries, provide the customer with appropriate levels of technical support.
-Provide appropriate levels of technical expertise to assist in the resolution of technical enquiries, which originate from the clients, Sales Force, Customer Service Team.
-Assimilate complex information in a timely fashion and ask appropriate questions in order to identify the problem and provide a satisfactory solution.
-Assist the customer and Sales Force and Customer Service Team to interpret legislation impacting on the use of products purchased from the RS Components.
-Identifying, producing and maintaining Frequently Asked Questions for use both internally/ externally.
-Effectively manage the customers expectations of using the RS Helpline or electronic channels.
-Ability to search the web effectively.
-Support new and existing employees through advice and in-house ?buddy? style training.
-Support Marketing Communications and the RS Customer by providing a credible on Line technical presence on the Internet.

What we’re looking for
-Qualifications in a technical discipline.
-Automotive, Engineering and/or Electronics background is highly desirable!
-Experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
-Self-motivated and customer focused individual who understands the needs of providing. high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
-Communicative Czech or Hungarian along with communicative English.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Heightened level of Web awareness.
