Senior Leasing Manager / Leasing Director

Your responsibilities will include:
-Leasing of company commercial spaces,
-Taking active role in negotiation with tenants,
-Ensuring completeness of all required documentation,
-Preparation of leasing offers,
-Optimizing income for leased spaces,
-Reporting.
To be successful in this role you will need:
-Higher education,
-Education in Real Estate will be a plus,
-At least 3 years of experience in leasing office, retail or other commercial spaces,
-Tracked record ? experience in negotiations confirmed by the evidence with success,
-Strong analytical skills,
-MS Office package,
-Fluent English is a must.
